Welcome to the Truman State University Greenhouse!

The Truman State University Greenhouse is home to a wide variety of plant life, including large collections of bromeliads, ferns, orchids, and succulents. The greenhouse also hosts the biannual Plant Sale at the end of the spring and fall semesters.

All of the daily plant care operations are performed by a large staff of students from many of Truman’s academic departments. For information on work or volunteer opportunities, please contact the greenhouse manager.

The greenhouse operational hours are 2pm-5pm, Monday through Friday. Contact the greenhouse manager or stop by during operational hours to arrange a tour of the greenhouse.
